Adam has a diverse background in business development, relationship building, and customer management.
He graduated from Hofstra University with a B.S. in Marketing, where he honed his skills and developed a strong foundation in business administration. Following his time in college, he embarked on a unique adventure by playing professional baseball in Italy.
Upon returning from his international baseball experience, Adam joined Sweetwater Energy, a former biomass conversion company, where he began as the sole operator and over 13 years, worked his way into the forefront of business development for the company. As the key point of contact for customers, he skillfully managed relationships, accounts, and internal communications, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and the organization.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Adam has a passion for all things sports, food, music and traveling. He resides in Austin, TX with his wife, Brittnay Perlo.

Erikas is a graphic designer and illustrator based in Austin, TX, with nearly 10 years of professional experience in the marketing and design world.
He has worked with clients like HP, Apple, Intuit, and many more.
He graduated with a B.S. Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Information Design from Ithaca College.

Highly qualified in sales, marketing, and operations, he is a dynamic communicator, business analyst, and customer-focused executive with proven ability to start new enterprises and turn around underperforming operations.
Mark is a subject matter expert in building and managing teams, sales management , sales process and managed services, and has a reputation defined by intellectual agility, innovative thinking, and the relentless pursuit of new business opportunities for sustained organizational success.
